Atom Janjughazyan, Chairman of the Audit Chamber of the Republic of Armenia, participated in the EUROSAI (European Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions) High-Level Conference in Prague, Czech Republic, dedicated to the theme of Inclusiveness.

The conference agenda focused on expanding professional cooperation among EUROSAI members and fostering a more inclusive environment and practical mechanisms within the organization. These efforts aim to ensure balanced engagement and the effective exchange of experience across all member institutions.

The Chairman of the Audit Chamber presented a concept aimed at ensuring inclusiveness across the following three dimensions:

  • Generational Inclusiveness: Engaging digital natives
  • Resource Inclusiveness: Bridging the gap between advanced and developing SAIs
  • Intellectual Inclusiveness: Ensuring regional breakthroughs reach a global audience.

Accordingly, it has been proposed to introduce a new communication and cooperation ecosystem based on a tiered architecture consisting of three levels:

  • The Huddle: A space for real-time problem-solving and rapid professional response.
  • The Commons: A shared environment to consolidate and exchange the collective expertise of SAIs, ensuring knowledge is accessible to all members.
  • The Vault: A high-security tier for official records and sensitive information, ensuring the preservation of data sovereignty."

The European Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (EUROSAI) is one of the Regional Organisations of INTOSAI (International Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions) անդ brings together 51 Supreme Audit Institutions
