From April 5 to 10, 2026, the third stage of the joint educational module organized by the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation and Sirius University of Science and Technology was held in Sochi, within the Sirius Federal Territory—Russia’s largest scientific, technological, and educational hub. Representatives from Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) of CIS member states, including representatives from the Audit Chamber of the Republic of Armenia, participated in the program titled "Quality Management System of External Government Audit."

During the six-day module, SAI representatives explored current trends and methodological innovations in the field of auditing. The module's agenda focused on the following key areas:

  • Enhancing Audit Processes: Discussions covered public administration auditing and the methodology of performance auditing (efficiency audit).
  • Digital Transformation: Experts examined the implementation of information systems and the prospects for digitalizing SAI operations.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Practical case studies were presented by regional audit chambers of the Rostov and Tomsk regions.

Participants also engaged with international peers to discuss common challenges faced by Supreme Audit Institutions in the modern world and analyzed potential best-practice solutions to overcome them.
